Charles Pollard - Peterborough MC

John Fack continued his perfect start to his MSA title defence leading the Charles Pollard sporting trial all day at Peterborough Motor Clubs new Tilton site, winning from Steve Courts.

Fack proved to be in a class of his own taking the lead on the first round but was challenged throughout by Courts who was producing some fearless climbs. Duncan Stephens snatched third during the afternoon having made two uncharacteristic and very costly mistakes during the morning. Richard Gowen produced his best result for years finishing fourth ahead of multiple champion Julian Fack on a tie-break, and winning the blue class. Anthony Lane continued his recent run of top results to win the novice class and take a superb tenth overall.
