John Fack ended Duncan Stephens winning run after a huge daylong battle and fabulous afternoon at Tulleys Farm.

 

Wet conditions saw engines been stretched with Stephens leading after the first round, then two points apart at lunch then Fack demolished the whole field to win by eighteen. Ian Veale had a steady day completing the podium, just ahead of Julian Fack and Ian Wright. Ian Rodman won a very close intermediate class with Richard Robarts and Andy Wilks covered by four marks. Bill Sherras won the novice class again in fourteenth overall, ahead of Simon Cowley in his second event.
